1. Set fitness
goals on training principles to achieve and maintain HRF PEH12FH-Iii-j-7.

Engages in moderate
to vigorous physical activities for at least 60 minutes most of the day PE12FH-li-i-7.
3. Analyze physiological indicators such as heart rate, rate of perceived
exertion and pacing associated with MVPA to monitor and /or adjust the
participation or effort.

Specific is the what, where and how of the goal.
Measurable is how you will evaluate whether or not you met the goal.
Achievable is setting a goal that you can accomplish.
Realistic is setting a goal that is challenging, but attainable.
Timely relates to when you want to achieve your goal by, and what time frame you have to reach your goal.
Here are some examples of activities that require vigorous effort:
- Jogging or running.
- Swimming laps.
- Riding a bike fast or on hills.
- Playing singles tennis.
- Playing basketball.
Examples of moderate intensity activities include:
- brisk walking.
- water aerobics.
- riding a bike.
- dancing.
- doubles tennis.
- pushing a lawn mower.
- hiking.
